Our story
Grown from a love of slow mornings
Djermots started as a tiny roaster and a handful of secondhand chairs. We wanted a room that felt like a friend's sunlit kitchen — full of plants, smelling of fresh bread, where nobody rushes you out.
Today we roast our own beans, bake sourdough each morning and grow most of the greenery you'll see on the shelves. Everything is made to be lingered over.
